Why did you choose to get certified against ISO/IEC 27001?
At Trident we put Information Security Management at the heart of everything we do. Our global clients have high expectations and requirements in terms of information security. By completing the ISO/IEC 27001 certification process and audits we were able to update. improve and validate that our information security policies, processes, technology and qualified human resources meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
What are the main benefits of your company after implementation and certification against ISO/IEC 27001?
Information Security management was always a key business consideration but since the implementation of our ISMS and receiving certification for ISO/IEC 27001. our Information Security management has become ingrained as part of all our processes from product development to marketing. Certification has provided us with new clients by reassuring to them that we take information security very seriously.
Implementing and receiving ISO/IEC 27001 certification clearly shows to our existing and new clients and partners our commitment to keeping their data safe Internally, we have clearly defined processes and policies that are followed to ensure that we maintain the highest level of security.

The MSECB auditing process and the audit was very organized and the level of communication from the initial engagement to the final audit was clear, consistent and well structured. Due to lockdown restrictions. we were required to perform the audit remotely. the experience and knowledge of the auditor enabled this to work extremely well and his level of communications throughout the process was excellent.
