Adzepa, MSECB client success story

The ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 certifications are mostly a pre-requisite to participate in most major International EPC Tenders of large multi-national & government projects and very crucial in winning large clients. Following the decision to scale the business outside of Ghana, it was imperative that we get ISO certified.

The process has ultimately allowed us to boost the quality of our work/services, increase the satisfaction of our customers, and enhance the productivity and operational efficiency with the hope that it will set us apart from our competition.

About Adzepa EPC Limited

Adzepa EPC Limited offers a comprehensive range of low to high voltage electrical engineering, procurement and construction solutions for electric utilities, government, municipalities and independent power producers, and commercial and industrial clients.

The above includes project management, contract administration, technical advisory, and engineering design solutions offered to clients as consulting services.

We offer expert in-house testing and commissioning services on substations and general electrical engineering works.

Why did you choose to get certified against ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018?

For ISO 9001:2015: EPC Projects are highly complex involving many factors which make a good QMS an essential ingredient to improve. We wanted to inform the world and all potential customers and clients that our services and our organization are recognized as leaders in quality construction.

Regarding ISO 14001:2015: Helps in reducing our organization’s impact to the environment by understanding the effect the environment will have on the progress of the business. The need to save the consumption of materials and energy during our construction projects, as well as reduce our overall cost by efficient waste management.

Regarding ISO 45001:2018: Employees play a significant role in Adzepa EPC and ISO 45001:2018 certification helps our organization to reduce the overall occurrence of worksite incidents, downtime, and cost of disruptions due to health hazards, cost of insurance premiums and employee turnover rates.

Moreover, some of the large clients specify the ISO 45001:2018 standard as a requirement for participating in the tendering.
