Martin Holzke

Martin Holzke provides a wide range of consultancy, audit, and training services. Based on his education in physics to degree level, he started up as a freelancer in full systems and software development life cycle projects in Germany more than 30 years ago, then over the years expanded into training, coaching, and mentoring in these fields in Germany and UK.

For many years now applying this vast range of experience in providing training, audit and implementation support services for management systems to clients all over Europe and beyond as well as being a technical assessor for the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) across various schemes. He both has been a PECB trainer and MSECB lead auditor for many years as well as also running the “ISO in the Sun” courses in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain.

Nico Snyman

Nico Snyman is a seasoned management system auditor with over 40 years of experience in various auditing disciplines, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 37001, and ISO 45001. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and has held senior managerial roles in both government and multinational corporations. Known for his integrity and commitment to excellence, Nico excels in creating a culture of transparency and accountability.

His favorite aspects of auditing are the opening and closing meetings, where he emphasizes continuous improvement. Since joining MSECB in 2018, he has benefited from the organization’s extensive support and global recognition, making him a respected figure in the auditing community. Nico is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in the field while actively engaging in philanthropic initiatives.
