Why did you choose to get certified against ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013?
For ISO/IEC 27001: To cope with the growth of the company in the recent years, the security of information has become a real concern. The need to protect the company’s information and the information of our clients has been set a priority. In addition, operating in the domain of cyber security, we witnessed that security breaches could have serious legal or business continuity implications. Therefore, the decision to get certified with structured and well-defined standards, like ISO/IEC 27001, was a big step towards implementing management policies and procedures that will keep information secure, whatever the format.
For ISO 9001: Having customer satisfaction at the core of its business, DATAPROTECT built a framework to ensure consistent quality in the delivery of its services. It has developed a strong customer focus and engagement throughout its relationships with clients.
