About the experience in auditing
I started my auditor journey as a second-party auditor in 2013. Since then, I have participated in countless audit activities in IA, FPA, SPA, and TPA. Through my work as a TPA, I have been involved in more than 500 hours of auditing for over 20 organizations in various standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
All professions and occupations have their own beauty and challenges. Likewise, there are as many challenges as there are opportunities and joys in auditing.Â
The requirements of the standard are so generic and intentional that sometimes organizations do not fully understand and interpret these requirements. Thus, we need to encounter and understand organizations and individuals who do not fully understand the requirements of the standard. This is the most challenging part of my job.
The main purpose of the audit is to add value to your auditee and customers, enable and enhance their ability to manage their risk, and contribute to the growth and development of client organizations. To achieve this purpose, auditors must continuously develop themselves from audit to audit by striving every day.
My favorite part of auditing is that auditors have the opportunity to learn from their clients and grow together with them. Moreover, the variety of projects always makes the job more interesting and challenging.

I started my auditor career at MSECB in 2016. Since then, I have been a certified auditor for ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), and ISO 45001 (OHSMS).
I have conducted management system certification audits at more than 20 organizations in Mongolia against various standards. Clients that I have audited include organizations in a wide range of industries, from small and medium-sized organizations to large corporations and groups of companies.
