MSECB Appoints Bernard Boily as Vice President Americas

Laval (Montreal), Quebec (Canada), (March 4, 2026). MSECB, a trusted provider of audit and certification services, announces the appointment of Bernard Boily as Vice President Americas.

In this role, Mr. Boily will be responsible for driving MSECB growth across the United States and Canada, while leading the strategic development and expansion of MSECB’s presence in the Latin American market.

With more than 30 years of experience in international business development and management consulting, Mr. Boily brings extensive expertise in global market expansion and strategic partnerships. He capitalizes on his vast network of partners and clients across multiple regions.

Mr. Boily is the Founder and President of Sedika Technologies, a value-added distributor of training solutions in information technology and information security, with resellers in Latin America, Europe, Canada, and Northern Africa. From 2010 to 2024, Sedika Technologies served as the exclusive distributor of PECB ISO trainings and certifications in Latin America and Iberia. Prior to founding Sedika Technologies, Mr. Boily was Vice President of International Business Development at Above Security, now Hitachi Security Systems. He also held senior consulting positions at Ernst & Young and PwC.
